Olympus camera repair centers in Japan have all closed. Even the one in Tokyo. The Olympus gallery and showroom in Tokyo still remains, but not the repair center. Only registered professional photographers can use the OM System Pro Service at the Olympus Toyo Showroom. (Japanese showroom list here.)
Olympic camera repairs have switched completely to a mail-in service.

Operator hours: 10:00 am to 6 pm, closed on weekends and national holidays, year-end and New Year’s period. (You will be charged for the call.) It may be hard to get through by phone.
