Camera no Doi, a major camera store chain based in Fukuoka, filed for bankruptcy in Aug. and will restructure by pulling out of the camera retail business and concentrating on becoming a photofinisher.

Their 80 stores will shrink to 18 outlets. No wonder their store in Shinjuku was shuttered!
