PhotoGuide Japan's annual (and non-profit) public event called Tokyo International Photo Showcase was held for the second time on the evening of Oct. 28, 2000 at the Yokohama Museum of Art's Lecture Hall.

Three presenters, Lawrence Huff, Naomi Izakura, and Peter Miller were on hand to show their original prints and slides. The theme was "Timeless Elegance." TIPS 2000 featured three practitioners and preservers of yesterday's timeless art and elegance to be appreciated even in the new century. Admission was free.
