EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE:
coverage for events, bands, documentary shooting. flat per hourly rate but for event coverage more than 3 hours, price is negotiable.
PORTRAIT / PORTFOLIO SERVICE:
customized portrait service unique to their style and personality. photos can either be shot in a studio of your choice or on location depending on their style, fashion and theme; this will all be discussed during our consultation phase. I will try to accommodate your needs and request and I guarantee each shoot to be unique to you. I spend quality time with my clients to understand their personality and sense of style and more time post-processing and editing.
PROJECTS:
Whether you are a model, photographer, make-up artist, I'm always interested in taking on new projects so if you have any ideas, don't be afraid to shoot me an email and we can discuss.
From the end of 2011, I'm very particular about doing TF shoots but if you have a unique quality, face or recognisable name, we can talk about a collaboration.

With regards to tutoring, by no stretch of the imagination do I consider myself a seasoned photographer. However, what I am offering is my knowledge, ideas and experience to those who like the style of photography that I do. Ontoshiki is a pseudonym and a literal translation of the photographer's Chinese name to Japanese. 温(i.e.warm) 俊 (i.e.excellence) 輝 (i.e. shining brightly ; in this case, "輝" ki as in "あきら" akira) 四季 (shiki) itself in Japanese also means "four seasons."
Ontoshiki is an Australian Chinese photographer born in Malaysia, raised and educated in Australia. He specialises in customised portrait, documentary, event coverage, band portrait & concerts and nude & erotica. He has lived in Tokyo since 2006, speaks English fluently and can converse in Chinese Mandarin and Japanese.
main themes: life, death, angst, alienation, lust and love and the exploration of the urban environment, elements and life and the human psyche and body.
fascinated by. the cinematic, nostalgic, poetic, enigmatic, unknown, unpredictable, dark and sinister. drawn to. dreams, symbolism, the cryptic nature of photography i.e. the way it conveys moods, perceptions and feelings beyond the need for lexicon and how colors affect mood and feelings.
