I'm all ears Before sending us a message, please note the following:

1. On the subject line of your message, write a specific subject that tells me what you want to ask or say.

For example:

Want to use image
Contact info for photographer Taro Tanaka
Book inquiry - Taro Yamada
Photo tour of Tokyo

Don't just write "question" or "Help me" or "Hi" on the subject line. And don't leave it blank. Our spam filters are ON. Any messages that smell like spam will be automatically trashed without being opened. I give priority to messages which have a specific subject or question stated on the subject line. Otherwise, it will be considered as spam and deleted.

2. Do not try to remain anonymous. If you do not identify yourself in the e-mail with your name and location (city, country), it is unlikely that I will respond to you. I also favor reading any background information (such as why you want the information requested). All e-mail will remain confidential.

3. The following will not be accepted:

- Unsolicited attachments (images or documents). If you want to send an attachment, obtain our permission first.
- Questions about camera prices in Japan.
- Questions about how much your old photograph, postcard, classic camera, etc., is worth. We do not appraise anything.
- Requests to visit your Web site or Web site announcements.
- Requests to exchange links. (You are welcome to link to us, but we do not have to reciprocate.)
- Advertisements of any kind.
- Spam/junk mail.
